The Big S with caramelized pears and cashew butter

According to us, this local fruit and the gentle spinach burger form a tasty pair. They bring a yummy combination of flavours, and together they also offer a concentrated load of valuable fibre that will keep you satisfied for a long time. Fibres are also good for a healthy digestion. Moreover, pears have a lower fruit acid concentration than many other types of fruit and give savoury recipes a pleasantly fruity note.
